These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from ATM Online through atmonline.uk. Read them alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Seller and contact

Trading name: ATM Online. Website: atmonline.uk. For order enquiries, use the contact details published on our website and include your order number.

2. Product information and availability

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability are accurate. Images may vary slightly because of screen settings or photography. Orders are subject to availability. Any errors will be handled fairly in accordance with applicable law.

3. Placing and accepting an order

When you place an order, you offer to buy the selected products at the price and on the terms displayed at checkout. We will send an order acknowledgement. A contract is formed in accordance with the order confirmation and applicable law. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and other payable charges will be shown before checkout is completed. Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Your statutory rights relating to delivery and goods remain unaffected.

6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Consult our Refund Policy for the returns process and conditions. UK consumers may have statutory cancellation rights for distance purchases and legal remedies where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits those rights.

7. Complaints and disputes

If there is a problem with an order, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate. These terms operate subject to applicable consumer protection law in the United Kingdom.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version applicable to an order will be the version in force when the order was placed, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
